Additional Information: Bradley Wm. Bowen has over 20 years experience helping clients with tax and business problems. Mr. Bowen concentrates his practice in the closely related fields of business, tax and estate planning. He has a broad range and wealth of experience representing clients in commercial transactions, family wealth transfer, company formation, real estate, business acquisitions, probate and tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Bowen enjoys drafting wills, trusts and other complex documents; designing and implementing business structures and estate plans; and structuring intricate corporate and real estate transactions. In addition to representing clients in state, federal, bankruptcy, and tax court, Mr. Bowen has represented clients in zoning and real estate matters before city councils, redevelopment agencies, boards of adjustment, and planning commissions. In addition to the professional and community groups listed on the main page, Mr. Bowen has been active in the Tax, Business, Estate Planning and Real Property Sections of the Utah State Bar since 1987.
