Additional Information: My mission is to provide high quality legal services, and in doing so, to offer fee arrangements that are affordable by all who need my assistance. I also work with other lawyers when my clients require a larger legal team due to the nature and complexity of their cases. I am available to serve as co-counsel with or consultant to other lawyers.

I am open to working out fee arrangements with my clients to meet their personal situations, as well as considering the nature of their cases and any applicable laws governing attorney fees. Fee arrangements may involve a flat fee (yes, sometimes payable in installments); an hourly fee; a contingency fee (percentage of recovery); or a combination of the above. Cases involving the Department of Veterans Affairs, for example, are subject to some rather unique rules on attorney fees.

- Lieutenant Colonel, USAFR (Retired). Served at numerous stateside and overseas assignments (Arizona, England, North Carolina, Saudi Arabia, California, Washington DC, Florida, Alabama, New Jersey). Recipient of six Meritorious Service Medals, company grade officer of the year awards (1988, 1989) for his units, and many other awards.
