Practice Areas: Employment law and litigation

Additional Information: Employment: Current-Private law practice, limited to federal and state court litigation primarily in employment law (especially Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act), employee benefits law, civil rights law entrepreneurial law, and taxation (1987 to present); Former-Corporate tax attorney with the then Phillips Petroleum Company, specialized in ERISA, other human resource management, new venture startups, and multistate taxation (1974 to 1987, including 4.5 years of international law and taxation with a Phillips Europe-Africa subsidiary in London, England).

Activities: Adjunct professor for deferred compensation and employee benefits, University of Tulsa Masters in Taxation program (fall 1988-91); Former Counsel for the school districts in the Oklahoma Teachers and Administrators Medical Assn. (now defunct) on their group health plans; Past President, Solo & Small Firm Section of the Tulsa County Bar Association (1994-5); Who's Who in American Law (6th ed. 1989-90).

Professional: Admitted to the bar and licensed in: Texas, 2003 (license in good standing); Oklahoma (license in good standing), 1975; admitted to the bar of the Oklahoma district and appellate courts, U. S. District Courts for Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, U. S. Tax Court, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and U. S. Supreme Court.
