Additional Information: Paul A. Sherman has been providing legal services as an attorney in Nevada since 1986,(including divorce, custody and visitation matters, family law, criminal defense, automobile and other personal injuries, business consultation and litigation, insurance,wills, trust and probate) in Reno, Carson City, Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, Douglas, Lyon, Churchill, Elko, Pershing, Humboldt, Lander and Mineral counties as well as extensive practice in the Supreme Court of Nevada. He has also been published in "Nevada Lawyer."

Before 1986, he served as in house corporate counsel and also as the Legal Services Developer for the state Department of Aging Services.

First licensed to practice in New Jersey in 1973, he served as a statewide hearing officer, college professor and practiced before all Courts, including the New Jersey Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

The credo of this office is aggresive representation at reasonable rates, with a sensitivity to providing access to the legal system at reduced rates to those who might not otherwise be able to afford the services of an attorney.

Finally, the pursuit of justice outside the Courts is of utmost importance, and Paul Sherman will be active in the coming legislative session to seek reform of the current Temporary Protective Order statutes, with an aim of ending extreme and unjust results and ensuring fairness to men as well as women.
