Paul White is a Certified Appellate Law Specialist. He is one of approximately 274 appellate attorneys in California to attain this certification (out of over 225,000 attorneys licensed to practice law in California). To earn this title, an attorney must prove to the satisfaction of the State Bar of California that he or she has extensive experience in appellate law. Moreover, the attorney must successfully complete a peer review process of experienced appellate lawyers and justices and pass a rigorous written examination in appellate law. Mr. White is a veteran trial attorney who understands what it takes to be successful at the trial level. Mr. White has tried numerous cases involving personal injuries, products liability, real estate law and employment law.

Mr. White earned his MBA (with concentrations in accounting and finance) from the University of Arizona and his law degree from Pepperdine School of Law where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review and graduated cum laude. He received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts. Mr. White worked as a clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office and a staff attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is also a licensed real estate broker. He is a former board member of the Malibu Bar Association and current member of the Ventura County Bar Association. Mr. White has served as a judge pro tem in the Ventura County Superior Court.
