Additional Information: Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gregory worked in the securities industry as an investment broker. Mr. Gregory practices in the areas of class actions, securities litigation and arbitration, aviation law, antitrust, products liability, and other complex litigation. Mr. Gregory received his B.A. and M.F.A. degrees from the University of Alabama in 1975 and 1982, respectively. In 1991 he received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. There he was a member of Bench and Bar, was named Outstanding First Year Advocate by the Moot Court Board, and served for two years on the editorial board of the Alabama Law Review. Mr. Gregory also earned American Jurisprudence awards for best paper in Remedies II and International Business Transactions. Mr. Gregory has been admitted on a pro hac vice basis to practice in federal courts in a number of jurisdictions, and has appeared and presented oral argument on numerous occasions before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. He is a member of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Gregory is listed in the Marquis Who's Who in American Law.
