Additional Information: Charlie Callahan is a Nebraska native, and after completing his undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska he obtained his law degree at Arizona State University, College of Law. Charlie was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1993, and he is also admitted to practice in the District Court of Arizona, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Charlie’s practice is focused in two primary areas:

Complex litigation in diverse areas, including: catastrophic injury, wrongful death, social service liability (e.g., abuse and neglect, sexual abuse/molestation, etc.), civil rights/municipal and public entity liability, insurance agent errors and omissions, and construction defect.
Insurance coverage analysis, insurance coverage litigation, and bad faith litigation.

As a natural corollary to the complexity of these cases, Charlie has a significant appellate practice as well. He has argued numerous times before the Arizona Court of Appeals, as well as the Arizona Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
