Additional Information: Will Auther's practice is concentrated on the defense of complex product liability litigation and commercial and construction litigation throughout the country.

He has represented manufacturers of automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, chemical products, packaging and all-terrain vehicles, defending them against claims that include crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, brakes, airbags and electrical fires. Many of these cases involve large document production against aggressive, well-financed plaintiffs counsel.

In his construction practice, Will has represented nearly every type of entity involved in construction projects, including architects and engineers, owners, general contractors and subcontractors in matters involving claims of professional negligence, breach of contract, nonconformance with specifications and delay. Projects have included highways, commercial offices, apartment complexes, hotels and water treatment facilities. These cases usually involve large numbers of parties and enormous document productions.

Will received both his J.D and B.S. cum laude from Santa Clara University in the heart of Silicon Valley, studying Biology and Chemistry as an undergraduate and excelling in a variety of technology related courses, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, technology licensing and law and medicine. His scientific training makes him well suited to quickly and effectively master the complex technical principles involved in his cases. In 2004, Will was named as one of "Forty Under 40" by The Business Journal in Phoenix.
