Prior to joining MGW Law, Josh represented insurance companies in a wide variety of legal matters. From this experience, he understands the way insurance companies process and value claims. Josh�s own experience suing his insurance company for unpaid claims motivated him to fight for others that have experienced the same or similar problems in their own lives. Josh now dedicates the majority of his practice to representing policyholders that have had their claims unfairly delayed or denied by an insurance company.



In addition, Josh has worked with local people and businesses to assist with personal injury claims, breach of contract claims, business matters, employment issues, challenging unfair treatment and ordinance violations, obtaining and defending restraining orders, assisting in easement and/or property disputes, and representing new homeowners or others with misrepresentation claims against the sellers and/or realtors.
