Additional Information: <P> <img width="200" src="http://www.lathropgage.com/assets/images/1151.jpeg"> <P> Landon Magnusson loves puzzles—laying them out, breaking them down into understandable pieces, and then resolving them. Luckily, Landon’s practice allows him to perform this hobby daily—carefully breaking down the complicated law and facts of his cases and then presenting clear and simple resolutions to judges, juries, and clients. After graduating from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, and taking a detour to Paris to obtain a master of laws from the Sorbonne, Landon spent the next couple years honing those problem-solving and explanation skills under the tutelage of judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Supreme Court of Missouri. He now primarily puts those talents to use briefing and arguing appeals on behalf of his clients in multiple state and federal jurisdictions. At the same time, Landon’s skills have translated to his successful representation of clients on some of the most complex class action, mass tort, contract, loan enforcement, and construction matters, to name just a few. On days when Landon is not drafting appeal-winning briefs, he spends his time taking his three little children to the zoo, catching up on the latest French political scandals, and discovering his next favorite indie rock band.
