Because Bobbie’s background and experience are varied, her law practice is equally varied. She began in campaign politics, getting to know what motivates people. She then spent years in real estate development, putting together development plans and financing, getting to know what it takes to bring an idea to reality. Bobbie then went to law school, to get the necessary training to guide businesses and individuals to reach their goals and remove obstacles making “the process” work for them.

She’s a litigator. Above all a litigator fixes problems and resolves disagreements. In an ever more technical and complex regulatory and business environment, Bobbie views her role as a practical teammate – finding cost effective solutions and resolutions, utilizing all tools necessary, whether that is aggressive litigation, arbitration, mediation, simple discussion, persuasion or suggestion to bring opponents together, solve problems and get people and businesses back on track.
