Additional Information: ill Davidson is a shareholder with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A. Bill handles a variety of civil matters. He is an honors graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Minnesota. He handles professional liability matters, commercial and product liability litigation, employment law disputes, and insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation. In addition to his trial practice, Bill oversees the majority of the firm’s appellate matters and works with other firms on appeals. He has argued over one hundred fifty appeals before Minnesota’s appellate courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure. He serves on the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association’s amicus curiae committee and served on the governing council of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Appellate Practices Section for several years. Minnesota Law and Politics and Super Lawyers magazines have recognized Bill as an appellate Super Lawyer® each year since 2000, and regularly include him in their list of top Minnesota appellate attorneys.
