Susan G. Parker Esq. received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and earned her law degree at St. John’s University School of Law. She later received an advanced tax law degree from New York University School of Law ( LL.M. Masters in Taxation.)

Upon graduation from law school, Susan G. Parker specialized in benefits, pensions, executive compensation and employment contracts at the NYC office of Coudert Brothers. She expanded her experience into estate planning and representing closely held businesses while in practice at a large White Plains law firm. Thereafter, Susan served as a tax attorney at Texaco, Inc. and expanded her experience into corporate and international tax matters.Susan G. Parker Esq. initially opened her Westchester County, NY law firm in 1996. Her goal was to provide top flight service and experience, at more affordable fees, than available elsewhere inWestchester, Rockland, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.

Susan is licensed to practice law in New York and Florida, and to the federal courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Tax Court. Ms. Parker is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Florida Bar Association. Ms. Parker is also the author of three books published as part of the Real Life Legal TM series: Estate Planning: A Road Map for Beginners, Elder Law: Legal Planning for Seniors, What to Do When Someone Dies
