Mrs. King is an experienced legal professional with over 15 years experience. She has worked as an attorney in Montgomery County, and a paralegal with the United States Air Force and the Department of Defense. What separates her from other attorneys is that she am one of few attorneys with the ability to execute Gun trust. Also, as a member of the United States Air Force, she has had the opportunity to manage the Law Office at Daharan Air Base, Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm.

Her practice focuses on family law (divorce, custody, child support, adoption), gun trust, criminal and military law, collections (evictions, debt settlement), and contract law. Because of her reputation and strong litigation skills, she has been extremely successful in family law and has had the privilege of drafting a sponsorship agreement for a local professional golfer. She defends with integrity, dedication, confidence and accountability.

As a former Staff Sergeant with the United States Air Force, Mrs King’s legal specialties included Military Justice and the Claims Department. Her years as a paralegal entailed preparing for General, Special and Summary Court Martial’s, drafting documents necessary to assemble the records of trial, organized the jury panel, and preparing Article 15’s. To finalize the necessary documents, she had the honor of working closely with Commanding Officers authorizing the approval for records of trial. “Loyalty above all else except honor.”

Lastly as a Department of Defense Paralegal, she defended lawsuits for and against the United States Government. These lawsuits ranged from Federal Tort, Military, and property claims. Her responsibilities entailed investigating accidents (military aircraft and vehicular accidents), assessing damage, interviewing witnesses, and claims resolution.
