Additional Information: Lindsay O. Williams focuses her practice on criminal appellate law. She is Board Certified in Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Lindsay has over ten years of legal experience and has focused exclusively on appellate law for the majority of her career.

Lindsay served as staff attorney for Justice Sue Walker at the Second District Court of Appeals in Fort Worth for seven years before becoming of counsel to the Sparks Law Firm. At the court of appeals, Lindsay assisted Justice Walker with researching and drafting appellate opinions. Lindsay was extensively involved with all procedural and substantive aspects of an appeal, from the rules of error preservation and the rules of appellate procedure, to specific Texas statutory and common law.
