Filed over 400 appellate briefs and participated in over 60 appellate oral arguments during tenure with Division.

Represented the State of Maryland in federal habeas corpus proceedings under 28 U.S.C. 2254. Examined trials, drafts and files pleadings/briefs and participated in oral arguments in U.S. District Court District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Provided advice and training to local prosecutors on issues of criminal law and procedure. Reviewed and provided feedback on pending legislation before the Maryland General Assembly.
