Additional Information: Mr. Gribble’s extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation provides his clients with an aggressive, knowledgeable and hard­ fighting lawyer. Mr. Gribble started his career in the District Attorney’s Office where his work and dedication resulted in the successful prosecution and death sentence of a serial killer. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney, and settling into his current practice, Mr. Gribble now applies the knowledge gained in the prosecution of Defendants towards aggressively and throughly defending clients against similar prosecutions. He is unwavering in his dedication in defending individuals charged with crimes and is aware, based on his previous employment, of the tactics utilized by prosecutors which gives him a leg ­up in his dealings with them. Mr. Gribble has handled hundreds of criminal cases throughout the State of New Mexico and in all jurisdictions, including by not limited to metropolitan, magistrate, district, tribal and federal courts and continues to do so to this day. Mr. Gribble’s legal practice also extends to the areas of civil litigation. After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Gribble briefly worked in the area of insurance defense matters and subsequently transitioned his efforts to seeking recovery of money for people injured by a wide spectrum of matters. He represents victims of crimes and victims of personal injuries, such as automobile accidents, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Mr. Gribble graduated from the University of Kansas in 1993 and received his law degree from the University of New Mexico in 1997. Mr. Gribble is a partner with the law firm of Crowley & Gribble, P.C. He is an avid cyclist and devote father and husband of two children who lives and works in the Albuquerque, NM area.
