Represent clients across the state of Texas in criminal misdemeanor and felony jury trials, bench trials, and hearings.
Investigate and subpoena medical, financial documents and interviewed witness in preparation of hearings and trials.
Represent clients in breach of contract suits and during discovery period in cases related to real property.
Represent parents and children as attorney ad litem in child protective service removal cases.
Coordinate schedule with court personnel in multiple counties.



Build and nurture relationships with prosecutors, attorneys, judges, and administrative personnel.
Participate in mediation in child protective service, family law, and civil law cases.
Appointed special prosecutor for case in which the Burnet County Attorney was conflicted. Represent respondents in cases before the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings.
Negotiate collections with municipal governments.
Manage office financial and administrative resources.
Provide mentoring to less experienced attorneys.
