Mr. Baugh is a shareholder in our Nashville office and chair of the Firm's Diversity Committee. He counsels and defends employers on a wide variety of employment and litigation matters, including Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination and harassment under state and federal laws, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and others. He also defends regional and national employers against class action lawsuits, wage and hour litigation, and numerous other employment-related issues.

Mr. Baugh routinely counsels employers on employment law compliance and litigation avoidance, proactively addressing issues such as employment policies and non-compete agreements. He also has extensive experience representing insurance companies in coverage disputes and workers' compensation insurance regulatory matters.

Mr. Baugh also represents cargo and passenger transportation service providers and transit companies, advising on federal transit laws, Department of Transportation regulations and drug testing claims.

Mr. Baugh has extensive federal and state trial experience representing local, regional, and national clients in several states. He represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Tennessee Department of Labor and the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.
