Early on in his debate career he knew he wanted to be come a lawyer. In 2002, Jeremy graduated from Northern State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and Speech Communications. In 2005, Jeremy graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law and began working as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the South Dakota Department of Social Services.
