Before joining Maslon, Jesse clerked for the Honorable Myron H. Bright of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Thomas J. Kalitowski of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Since joining Maslon he has prosecuted appeals in the Seventh and Eighth Circuits, as well as the appellate courts of Minnesota and North Dakota. In 2012 and 2013, Jesse co-taught with Margo Brownell the newly formed Insurance Law Clinic at the University of Minnesota.
