Patrick Collins is the managing partner of Collins & Roop, a Delaware law firm focused on criminal defense.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree at Cornell University. He also holds a masters degree in business administration from the New York Institute of Technology. He graduated cum laude​ from the Widener University School of Law.

Patrick has handled major cases, including capital murder cases, but also represents clients facing all kinds of legal issues, from traffic tickets to DUI. “I chose this profession to help people at the time they need help the most,” Patrick says. “I have the same goals for each client: to get the best possible result, and to have the client come away feeling that the were represented effectively and treated with dignity and courtesy.”

Patrick practices in all Delaware courts. He is the section chair of the Criminal Defense section of the Delaware State Bar Association, and has been named a SuperLawyers Rising Star for the past two years.
