Metairie attorney R. Scott Buhrer has practiced law in Louisiana for more than 20 years. During this time, Mr. Buhrer has resolved legal issues for hundreds of clients. He serves as a trusted adviser during difficult situations such as divorce, administering the succession of a loved one or planning one's own estate.

Because of his dedication to the field of family law, Mr. Buhrer is often asked to serve as a Special Master in family law matters. In this role, he makes recommendations that will often become the ruling of the court. Only a select few attorneys are privileged to serve as Special Masters in Louisiana family law matters.
