Dan is a graduate of the College of Wooster in Ohio and the Widener University School of Law where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. For the past 26 years Dan has practiced insurance defense litigation in the State of Delaware and has represented clients in every court in the state as well as Federal Court. Dan’s practice areas include first and third party motor vehicle litigation, premises liability litigation, construction defect litigation, over the road trucking litigation and insurance coverage matters. Dan has served as both mediator and arbitrator in complex litigation matters and has also advised local contracting and construction companies on work place safety and reporting issues.

Dan lives in West Chester with his wife Tina and devotes time serving as chaplain at Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. Both he and Tina are avid readers and gardeners and enjoy spending time discussing recently read books while digging in the dirt.
