David Fairbanks is a hungry young attorney and the most recent addition to Norton Hare, LLC. Mr. Fairbanks focuses his practice on criminal defense, domestic relations, DUI, and traffic.

Mr. Fairbanks received his Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. While attending UMKC, Mr. Fairbanks was a Staff Member and Literary Editor for the UMKC Law Review and a member of UMKC’s National Moot Court team where he was honored as the Top Overall Oralist in the spring of 2011. His polished delivery and strong research and writing skills will make Mr. Fairbanks an accomplished trial attorney for years to come.

Mr. Fairbanks brings a wealth of life experience to the practice of law. Having toured the country as a professional vocalist and musician for over a decade, Mr. Fairbanks knows how to deliver his message. Mr. Fairbanks combines excellent communication skills with an unwavering work ethic to provide clients with informed and impassioned representation. Mr. Fairbanks was raised in Goodland, Kansas and has been a Kansas City resident for over 12 years. Prior to joining Norton Hare, Mr. Fairbanks worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James Franklin Davis, and the law firm of Beam-Ward, Kruse, Wilson, Wright & Fletes, LLC.
