Lynn Preheim serves as the Wichita office managing partner. Lynn's practice centers around a broad range of tort and business litigation as well has having extensive jury trial experience. His experience ranges from class actions to insurance coverage disputes and UCC issues, to complex products liability matters, including defending aircraft manufacturers in contract and products liability litigation.

Lynn also serves as outside general counsel for manufacturing companies located in and near Wichita. Through his work for large manufacturing concerns located in Wichita, Lynn has handled product liability and commercial litigation cases in many different parts of the country and overseas. Lynn also represented one of the country's fastest growing and largest retailers in connection with a government challenge to the legality of its basic advertising and business structure. Lynn also works extensively in health care, and represents both hospitals and physicians.
