Before forming DiPasquale Moore with Jason Moore, Michael worked at a Kansas City law firm as a trial attorney and most recently was the lead attorney for a Kansas City company with over 1,800 employees that he helped start in 2008. Michael then helped lead the company through a successful sale in 2013 for over a billion dollars. It was during Michael's time at his former company that he formed the vision for DiPasquale Moore. Michael wanted to help those who have been dealt a tough hand. Michael knew that in partnership with Jason Moore he could achieve these goals.

Michael is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where he played football, and the University of Kansas School of Law. He lives in the Kansas City area with his wife and two children.
