Additional Information: Ronald V. Sgambati is a Shareholder in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He handles all types of employment litigation and counsels employers on litigation avoidance.

Mr. Sgambati acts as lead counsel on all aspects of employment litigation, including defending claims of sexual harassment, all types of discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment contract, employment related torts, or for benefits under the Family and Medical Leave Act, ERISA and non-ERISA plans. Mr. Sgambati has litigated matters in the Superior Court of New Jersey, United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. He has also participated in arbitration of similar types of disputes as well as arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sgambati was affiliated with the law firm of Giblin & Lynch located in Ridgewood, New Jersey and in New York, New York. Mr. Sgambati was a supervising attorney in the firm's litigation unit.
