Randall Shirres Richardson

Randall Richardson is a partner in the Houston office. An experienced litigator, Randall focuses on professional and product liability cases in defense of hospitals and hospital systems, physicians and physician groups, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, oil and gas companies and aviation professionals. Randall also represents clients in these industries regarding government investigation and enforcement actions. He has extensive experience in the defense of catastrophic transportation and workplace accidents involving numerous fatalities and other injuries resulting from a single incident or accident.

A seasoned trial lawyer, Randall has served as lead counsel, second chair, or co-counsel in over 20 jury trials. Randall's experience encompasses all sizes of cases, from those where he was the only lawyer for one defendant, to mass-tort and catastrophic personal injury cases involving thousands of plaintiffs and large teams of defendants and defense counsel. In recognition of outstanding achievement in trial advocacy, Randall received the Beckworth, Hollingsworth and Stephens Trial Advocacy Award in 2000.
