Additional Information: Attorney Lisa A. Parlagreco is of counsel to Sinsheimer & Associates, working primarily with the firm’s appellate litigation and post-conviction practice. A member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1989, Lisa has assisted clients in both civil and criminal appeals before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the First and Fourth Circuits, the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit, and as co-counsel on behalf of amicus curiae in the United States Supreme Court. Lisa is also the co-author of The Re-Emergence of Substantive Due Process as a Constitutional Tort: Theory, Proof and Damages, 24 New Eng. Law Rev. 1129 (1990).

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Emerson College in 1985, and graduated from Suffolk Law School cum laude in 1989. At Suffolk she was a member of the National Moot Court Securities Law Team and received two AmJur Prize Awards for outstanding scholarship.

Lisa is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and she serves as volunteer counsel to the New England Kid Actors Group.
