Additional Information: <img width="200" src="http://bmellp.com/global_pictures/Clark%20Bormann2.jpg"> <P> The senior member and managing partner of the firm, Clark has practiced law over 33 years. <P> Clark was born and raised in Mobridge, SD and attended the University of SD for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the University of SD School of Law in 1978. He practiced law in SD for 10 years before moving to ND. Clark is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of ND and SD, as well as in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and U.S. Supreme Court. <P> Clark has been certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1990 and serves as its State Coordinator. He has participated in many jury trials. Clark is a member of the American Association for Justice, State Bar Association of ND, SD State Bar, and the SD Trial Lawyers Association. <P> Clark’s practice emphasizes litigation, personal injury, wills, estate planning, and business and employment law. Clark was designated a Super Lawyer in 2009 and 2011, an honor based upon peer nominations, evaluations and third-party research. <P> Clark enjoys hunting and reading with emphasis on Civil War history. Clark has been married to Mary Kay since 1975.
