Suzanne joined Vincent, Kantz, Pittman and Thompson, LLC in 2011 and focuses her practice on family law litigation. Serving clients in York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc and Androscoggin Counties. In addition to representing clients in family matters, Suzanne serves as a Guardian ad litem in Title 19-A and Title 22 cases.

Prior to the formation of Vincent, Kantz, Pittman and Thompson, LLC, Suzanne served as law clerk for the justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts, in Worcester, Barnstable, Boston and Essex from 2006 to 2008. She then operated a successful solo practice in Portland, Maine until 2010.

Suzanne received a BA, magna cum laude, in Political Science and English Literature from Saint Michael’s College and JD, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, Suzanne was named Distinguished Oral Advocate and participated in the Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition (semi-finalist). While in law school, Suzanne worked as a student attorney for the Suffolk Juvenile Justice Clinic representing youth in the Suffolk County Juvenile Court and worked as a Law Clerk at Children’s Legal Services, Inc. conducting Guardian ad litem investigations and drafting reports.

Suzanne is admitted to the bar in Maine and Massachusetts. She is a member of the Maine Bar Association, Family Law Section, Massachusetts Bar Association and Executive Board Member of the Maine Guardian ad litem Institute. Suzanne also donates her time to Portland’s Courthouse Assistance
