Mr. Henriod is a partner in the firm’s Appellate practice group. Having worked with Dan Polsenberg since graduating from law school, he has written or co-authored briefs in over 100 appeals and argued several cases in the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
His practice also focuses on making the trial court record for appeal. He has joined over 40 trial teams in complex, multi-million-dollar cases to preserve appellate issues. Prior to law school, Mr. Henriod volunteered at various orphanages in Romania and translated for American surgeons (Operation Smile) in the screening and operating rooms of the Bucharest Children’s Hospital.
