K. C. Hightower, practices in the firm�s litigation section. Mr. Hightower�s civil litigation practice is devoted to matters involving contracts, torts, eminent domain, and business disputes. Additionally, Mr. Hightower has broad and considerable experience in the area of criminal defense, and handles white collar criminal defense matters for the firm. After graduating from law school, Mr. Hightower served as law clerk for the 15th Circuit Court District of Mississippi under Judge R.I. Prichard, III., and Judge Michael R. Eubanks.

Mr. Hightower has extensive experience in the state and federal trial courts of Mississippi, and has also successfully represented clients before the Supreme Court of Mississippi, and the Court of Appeals for the State of Mississippi. Mr. Hightower graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, and the Mississippi College School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal Courts in Mississippi, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association.
