Patrick Baldwin received his training at the SEC in Washington, D.C. (Divisions of Corporation Finance and Market Regulation) and has specialized in all aspects of securities law for 30 years representing clients in securities arbitrations concerning virtually every type of securities issue. He has represented both private and public corporations. Before his tenure at the SEC in Washington, D.C., he attended Loyola University of Chicago (1972, BA), University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado (1975, MA), and Hastings College of the Law, University of California (1979, JD). He is the author of several published articles.
