Expertise: Practicing architect and industrial designer of 30+ years experience. Presented testimony regarding architectural design, design of building products, construction; professional architectural practice, land use and zoning. Testimony given on behalf of property and building owners, developers, civic groups, architects and home owners. Mclean has served as President of the Westchester/Mid-Hudson Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, distinguished member of the Westchester County Planning Board, and a member of the Zoning Committee of the City of White Plains. He has lectured and written articles on matters of architectural practice and design. Mclean has organized and designed exhibitions on architecture, and his projects have been published.
