Additional Information: Nathan Hoffman is a litigation associate who concentrates his practice in complex commercial matters, including product liability, antitrust, corporate governance, and appellate advocacy.

Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience defending product liability claims in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Mr. Hoffman represented a major pharmaceutical client in federal multi-district litigation and in individual state court litigation involving claims of negligence, strict product liability, misrepresentation and fraud. Mr. Hoffman also has represented a broad spectrum of clients against claims of monopolization, attempted monopolization, and price fixing, as well as claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and misappropriation of trade secrets. He has participated in several jury trials, two bench trials, and has argued cases before both state and federal courts, including the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
