Additional Information: Sarah F. DePanfilis is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment departments. Sarah practices in the area of complex and general commercial litigation in both state and federal courts and has represented individuals and business entities in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract actions, commercial lease disputes, and employer-employee fiduciary duty matters. She also represents employers in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, covenant not to compete, breach of contract, and other employment-related cases. Sarah counsels and advises employers on hiring procedures, termination procedures, accommodation of disabilities, employee handbooks, and a variety of other matters. As an appellate advocate, Sarah has handled several appeals in the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts.
