Additional Information: Mitchell Brachman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 1983. He received his Juris Doctor from Washington College of Law, The American University in 1986. Mr. Brachman was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1987 and in the District of Columbia in 1990. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California.

Mr. Brachman specializes in civil litigation, including real property, construction defects, mortgage broker errors and omissions. His real estate practice is particularly focused on the representation of homeowners associations and their volunteer directors and officers. This representation includes representation of community associations as general counsel and in litigation matters ranging from questions involving interpretation of Association CC&Rs and Bylaws, lender and contractor disputes and directors’ fiduciary obligations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brachman was an associate at Wilner, Klein & Siegel and a partner in the law firm of Soltman, Levitt & Flaherty.
