Practice Areas: Civil Litigation

Additional Information: As an associate in the Litigation Department, Ms. Holland practices in the areas of Construction Law, Labor and Employment and Business Litigation. She represents general contractors, subcontractors and condominium associations in connection with construction disputes, defective work, mechanic's liens and Chapter 93A violations, handles employment discrimination matters for major businesses and manages complex commercial litigation matters involving breaches of contract and industrial torts. Ms. Holland has extensive experience with e-discovery management, from litigation holds to preservation, collection and production, and with Massachusetts, Connecticut and state and federal information security regulations. Ms. Holland volunteers her time with the MSPCA PET Project fundraising committee.

Ms. Holland spoke at a seminar sponsored by the firm's Labor and Employment Group for Human Resources Managers and other businesspeople entitled "New Developments Affecting Your Workforce."

During law school, Ms. Holland served as a student prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office at Boston Municipal Court and as an intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Brassard at Superior Court.
