Additional Information: Kristian graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in May 2001 with a Certificate in Environmental Law. Kristian specializes in condemnation law, environmental law, environmental compliance and administrative law, initiative and election law, governmental relations, and civil rights litigation as well as obtaining justice for victims of sexual abuse. Kristian earned his B.A. cum laude in Political Science from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg in 1996. In his time off, he enjoys reading theology and political philosophy, as well as weightlifting, target shooting, hunting, cooking and spending time with his wife, Heather, and his two young children.
