Jonathan received his J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law in 2000, where he was a member of the National Securities Moot Court Competition Team. Jonathan is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut and in the United States District Court of Connecticut. Jonathan is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, and Hartford County Bar Association and serves as a Special Master for the Superior Court Judicial District of Hartford. Jonathan concentrates his practice on family matters (custody, support, and dissolution matters), as well as, criminal, probate, juvenile, and general civil litigation matters. Jonathan serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for minor children in the districts of New Britain, Hartford, Tolland, and Middletown. Attorney Budlong resides in Simsbury with his wife and three children.
