Additional Information: John Klesch is a seasoned advocate whose varied experience makes him well-suited to serve the needs of the firm’s clients. John began his legal career as a litigator, appearing in Vermont’s state and federal courts and before administrative regulatory agencies. Whether he is in a courtroom or at a table with others helping resolve issues in a more collaborative manner, John is comfortable and experienced.

Following eight years of private law practice, John served as Executive Director of the Vermont Retail Association, a statewide trade organization representing the retail industry in the state. For nearly four years, John was the chief lobbyist in Vermont for the Association, advocating on behalf of the industry before Vermont’s Legislative and Executive branches.
