Additional Information: Mr. Cave's practice focuses on employment law and litigation. He represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, defamation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and employment-related torts. He also advises employers on issues related to employee handbooks and personnel policies, compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations and employee investigations, discipline and termination. He conducts training sessions for employers, managers and supervisors in areas such as investigations, discipline and termination, harassment, discrimination, disability accommodation and supervisory responsibilities.

Mr. Cave is the editor of the monthly Wyoming Employment Law Letter and a frequent speaker on employment law topics. He has also been selected by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers as a top employment lawyer for several years. He will also be inducted into The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in November 2009, and will be the College's first Wyoming member.

Mr. Cave currently serves as the Administrative Partner for Holland & Hart's Cheyenne office.
