Additional Information: Ms. Campbell devotes her practice primarily to civil appeals and insurance litigation. She has been the lead attorney in dozens of reported decisions, ranging from issues of secured transactions, to issues of trial error, privilege, evidence and civil procedure, and to tort law. She has also handled numerous insurance coverage matters. That work has included rendering opinions and preparing reservation of rights letters and declination letters for CGL, auto and professional liability policies, as well as litigating declaratory judgment and bad faith actions.
