¶25 Section 2504(B) limits the marital privilege in criminal cases to "confidential communications." According to Section 2504(A),

A communication is confidential for purposes of this section if it is made privately by any person to his spouse and is not intended for disclosure to any other person.

¶26 In the present case, the conversations to which Verna Stafford testified all occurred in the presence of Harold Stafford. None of the conversations she testified to fell under the above definition of confidential communications. We are convinced that Verna Stafford's testimony was properly admitted at trial.6
