Tulsa, OK - Doug Branstetter and Estate of Linda Bloomer sued Kristina Giacomo and Progressive Insurance Company on bad faith breach of insurance.
Plaintiff is the son of Linda Bloom who was a passenger in his 2008 Toyota Highlander which was involved in an accident on Riverside Parkway near 96th Street on December 14, 2018.
