Defendant Eva Woods was driving a Crew Cab pickup south on South 81st West Avenue approaching the intersection with West Skyline Drive in Tulsa. OK. As Plaitiff approached S. 81st Avenue to turn right, Defendant pulled through the stop signs and into the intersection and occupied more than one-half of the road. Plaintiff took evasive action and applied his brake in an effort to avoid a collision when caused him motorcycle to overturn or law down on its side. Defendant left the scene without giving the required information about herself.
Defendant denied fault.
Outcome: Defendant's verdict.
