Plaintiff claimed that as direct result of the delivery of substandard care, Winifred West, died on August 21, 2014.
At time of her death Winifred West was a resident of Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Center located in Norman, Oklahoma.
He claimed that the defendants operated the nursing home operated by it in reckless disregard for the health and safety of the residents.
Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
