The parties to this case are Tamera Williams, the “Plaintiff”, and Percival Byam, the “Defendant”. Both parties agree that a collision took place between the automobiles driven by Plaintiff and Defendant. The Plaintiff claims that she sustained injuries which were directly caused by the negligence of the Defendant. The Defendant denies that he was negligent and denies that Plaintiff was injured. These are the issues you are to determine.
